Housing Snapshot: 10 apartments and homes recently sold across Israel

Here’s our weekly roundup of recently bought and sold homes nationally to get you on the ground. The information in this article was collected through the Israel Tax Authority’s Real Estate Research Database. To put these prices into context, according to the Central Bureau of Statistics, the average price of an apartment in Israel in March was NIS 1,756,800 ($523,506).

1 in Jerusalem, ON Bet Lakem Road, an apartment completed last year sold in April for NIS 4.1 million ($1,281,650). It is a four-room garden apartment with an area of ​​98 square meters on the ground floor of a five-storey building. It also has a 75 square meter yard but does not have access to parking.

2. Own Yosef Caro Street in dimona, a four-room apartment sold in March for NIS 550,000 ($167,580). The building dates back to the 1970s and is on the first floor of Apartment Eight. It measures 76 square metres, and has access to an elevator but no parking.

3. In Ashkelon is Tirosh Street, an apartment on the sixth floor of an eight-story block built in 2008 sold for NIS 1,735,000 ($536,985) in March. It has four rooms, covering 101 square metres, and includes a parking space with an elevator inside the building.

The apartment was built in 2015 and measures 106 square meters. It is on the eighth floor out of 10 floors and comes with parking space. The building also has an elevator.

9. ON General Assembly Street in Beersheba In April, the three-two-room apartment on the third floor was sold for NIS 605,000 ($180,202). The apartment is in a building from 1960 and is 61 square meters, with an elevator but no parking.

It was a garden apartment in a four-storey building with a living area of ​​133 square meters and a yard of 70 square meters. The building was constructed in 2019, and the apartments include a parking space and an elevator.
