3- Steam breathing- When it rains, first of all people get cough and cold. To avoid this problem, you should practice steam inhalation. Inhaling steam opens up the blocked nose and also reduces the swelling of the respiratory tract. You can also take steam with plain water or add a few drops of tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil, lemongrass oil, clove oil to the water. The steam will also relieve sore throat and chest tightness.

4- Follow these home remedies in case of cough or cold- If you have cough or cold, then take clove. Grind some cloves and mix honey in it and eat it 2-3 times a day. This will give you a lot of relief in cough. If you have cough and cold, you can also drink tea made from basil and ginger. It is extremely beneficial. If you want, you can also add jaggery instead of sugar to this tea.
