Gehlot’s new team ready: 11 cabinet and 4 new ministers of state will take oath; 4 ministers, 3 ministers of state promoted from the pilot camp

There will be a major reshuffle in the Gehlot cabinet on Sunday. 11 cabinet and 4 new ministers of state will take oath. The swearing-in ceremony will be held at Raj Bhavan at 4 pm. Earlier, the resignations of all the ministers of the Gehlot cabinet were accepted, out of which the resignations of Raghu Sharma, Harish Chaudhary, Govind Singh Dotasra were accepted. The names of the new ministers have been decided. There have been 4 ministers from the pilot camp. Promoted 3 ministers of state and made cabinet ministers.

There will be a total of 15 ministers
11 cabinet ministers:
Hemaram Chaudhary, Mahendrajit Singh Malviya, Ramlal Jat, Mahesh Joshi, Vishvendra Singh, Ramesh Meena, Mamta Bhupesh, Bhajanlal Jatav, Tikaram Julie, Govind Meghwal, Shakuntala Rawat.
4 MoS: Zahida, Brijendra Ola, Rajendra Gudha and Murarilal Meena

In the first phase, only these three ministers will be dropped. The swearing-in ceremony will be held on Sunday at 4 pm. All the ministers have been called to the state Congress headquarters at 2 pm on Sunday, from there all will go to the Raj Bhavan. The new MLAs who are to become ministers have been informed by phone tonight. Resignations were taken from all the ministers in the meeting of the Council of Ministers held at the CM residence on Saturday evening. The resignations of only those 3 ministers who have been removed have been accepted.

Major reshuffle in the portfolios of ministers
It is believed that there will be a huge reshuffle in the portfolios of the ministers. Except for a few ministers, the portfolios of most will be changed. The portfolios of the ministers have also been decided at the level of the Congress High Command, whose decision will be taken after the swearing-in ceremony.

Know how the new cabinet can be in 7 points…

1. Jat instead of Dotasara and Harish and Brahmin face instead of Raghu.
In place of Govind Singh Dotasara, Harish Chaudhary and Raghu Sharma, new faces have been given a place in the cabinet. Two Jats and one Brahmin face have been given a chance. Ramlal Jat, Brijendra Singh Ola, Hemaram Chaudhary have been given a chance as Jat faces in place of Dotasara and Harish Chaudhary.

Mahesh Joshi has been made in place of Raghu Sharma. Hemaram, Ramlal Jat and Ola have also been ministers with Gehlot in the past. Mahesh Joshi is considered very close to Gehlot since its inception and is currently the government’s chief whip.

2. Gudha became a minister among those who switched from BSP to Congress
Among those who joined Congress from BSP, Rajendra Singh Gudha has been made Minister of State. Only six MLAs who joined Congress from BSP were contending, but the remaining five can be satisfied by making them parliamentary secretaries or by giving political appointments.

3. In place of Master Bhanwarlal, Mamta Bhupesh, Tikaram Julie promoted, Govind new faces from the Depressed Classes
After the death of Master Bhanwarlal Meghwal, there is no Dalit cabinet minister in the Gehlot government. In place of Master Bhanwarlal Meghwal, two Dalit state ministers have been promoted. Govind Meghwal has been made cabinet minister. Govind Meghwal had been the Parliamentary Secretary in Vasundhara Raje’s first term, later he left the BJP and joined the Congress.

4. Malviya from tribal area
Mahendrajit Malviya has been made minister as tribal faces. Malviya has been a minister in the past as well. Malviya’s wife is the district head.

5. Zahida from minority, Shakuntala from Gujjar community
Zahida has been made a minister of state from the minority community. Shakuntala Rawat has been made a minister as a Gurjar face. There was every possibility of getting a chance for the Gujjar faces in terms of the internal politics of the Congress. Zahida Khan has previously been the Parliamentary Secretary. In the last tenure of Dr. Jitendra Gehlot, he has been the Minister of Energy.

6. Possibility of becoming 4 to 5 ministers from pilot camp
There is a possibility of becoming 4 to 5 ministers from the Sachin Pilot camp. From the pilot camp, Murarilal Meena, Deependra Singh Shekhawat, Brijendra Singh Ola, Hemaram Chaudhary, Ramesh Meena are likely to become ministers.

7. No minister from 13 districts, ministers will be made from these districts too
There is currently no minister from 13 districts in the Gehlot government. Udaipur, Pratapgarh, Dungarpur, Bhilwara, Sri Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Sirohi, Dholpur, Tonk, Sawai Madhopur and Karauli districts do not have a single minister yet. These districts are to be given place in the cabinet.
