In a letter to the principals on Monday, the university said the college should ensure that all sanctioned posts are filled as per the reservation roster approved by the university.
Colleges are requested to “take immediate necessary steps to fill up the vacant posts of Assistant Professors in various subjects/disciplines in your College/Institute against the sanctioned strength.” Considering all the eligibility criteria and qualification prescribed by the University.
Also asked to send the compliance CE report to him immediately.
“It is to be ensured that all sanctioned posts should be filled as per the reservation roster approved by the University subject to variation, if any, in class size, tutorials, practicals etc. and should not be a teaching post under any circumstances. in any subject/discipline in this regard will remain vacant to be filled later for any reason,” the varsity said in the letter.
