England vs South Africa, 2nd Test, Day 2 Live Score Updates: Wicketkeeper-batter Ben Foakes hit an unbeaten 113, after captain Ben Stokes’ 103-run knock as England took a first innings lead of 264 runs against South Africa in the ongoing second Test in Manchester. After bundling out the visitors for a paltry of 151, England declared their innings at 415/9, just after Jack Leach was castled by Keshav Maharaj. Stokes and Foakes had added 173-runs for the fourth wicket. Earlier, Anrich Nortje brought the guests back in the game with the wickets of Jonny Bairstow and Zak Crawley in the first session. England had the upper hand over South Africa on the opening day as well after bundling out the visitors for 151. The hosts then ended Day 1 at 111/3. Trailing the Proteas by just 40 runs at stumps, Bairstow and Crawley had resumed the England innings on Day 2.
