Social worker keeping the dead body at Civil Hospital, Ludhiana.
The person who had planned the bomb blast in the district court of Ludhiana, Punjab died on the spot. In the investigation so far, Punjab Police and Central’s investigative agencies have agreed that the blast happened at the time of planting the bomb. The rags of the bomb planner were blown up in the blast. There is no flesh on his mouth and two parts of the body are left. Khande’s tattoo is made on his body. The two parts of his body have been kept in the civil hospital after investigation by NIA and NSG at 10.15 pm. Volunteers Jaspal Singh and Jagga Singh, who took the body to the hospital, told that we were called to remove the dead body. When we reached there, we saw human body parts lying at different places under the rubble.
In the primary scene, it seemed that there were many bodies under the rubble. No more legs were found on the side of the body that was taken out from there. The debris has been investigated by security agencies throughout the night. The said social workers have been called again in the morning.
Mouth badly damaged, difficult to recognize
The mouth of the bomb planter has also been badly damaged. No paper or evidence has been found from him. Therefore, the biggest difficulty before the police is to identify him. His clothes have also been completely ruined. The police is now engaged in furthering his identification with the help of these clothes. Now the police is checking the CCTV cameras installed in the roads leading to the court, but it is becoming difficult to find out who is the bomb planner among them.
The problem also occurred due to the late arrival of security agencies.
After the blast at 12.20 pm, the security agencies reached till 10 pm. Earlier in the morning, the police had started the investigation at their level, but when the investigation was handed over to the central security agencies, the police had to wait for them and they could not investigate at the crime spot. This is the reason why the identification of the bomb planner has been delayed.
Police will interrogate those who run the photostat machine
Today the police will interrogate the people coming to the court. Photostat machines are installed at the place where the blast took place. The women and youths working there have to be questioned by the police. Two women are admitted in the civil hospital. Today the police can interrogate him.
