Hyderabad: international arbitration center Hyderabad will be both an answer and a reassurance for international investors who had apprehensions about India’s costly and time-consuming litigation process.

He said this was the first step towards the emergence of the Alternative Dispute Resolution facility and hoped it would be a reality in the next few months.
SC Justice Lavu Nageswara Rao and Justice RV Ravindran, an ex-SC judge, was made a life trustee of the arbitration centre. Raman said that the rise of convenience was his dream. He said that just because it was an international center did not mean that domestic arbitration disputes could not be handled. He called upon all sections of people and professionals to make use of this facility.
