roasted potato:
You will need 500-700 grams of potatoes and half a teaspoon of salt.

Boiled Potatoes:
The ingredients required for this would be three medium sized potatoes cut in half and about 6 cups of water. The water should be enough to submerge the potatoes.

Take the cut potatoes and dip them in a pot filled with water.

It will take about 30-45 minutes to boil the potatoes until they are completely soft. After boiling the potatoes, serve the potatoes with your favorite chutney or dip.

Homemade Mashed Potatoes:
You need almond milk, salt, pepper, garlic salt, Greek yogurt and 3-4 medium sized golden potatoes. If you like butter, you can add butter too.

First of all, peel the potato, cut it and soak it in water. Boil the water before adding the potatoes. When the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat and continue to cook the potatoes till they become soft. This should take 15 to 20 minutes. Take out half a cup of water. Next step is to add garlic salt and 2/3 cup water to a large saucepan. Mash the dried potatoes into desired consistency along with almond milk, paneer, curd and 1/4 cup potato water.

Add salt and pepper to the food to enhance the taste. If desired, add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the potatoes. If you want to make your mashed potatoes healthier, then instead of butter, mash your potatoes with skimmed milk or low fat spread. Your potatoes will still have a fluffy texture, but no added calories.
