portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo The Saudi club has reportedly exceeded its quota for foreign players, as Al Nassr is yet to make his debut. When he was unveiled to great fanfare on Tuesday, the 37-year-old said he was keen to play as soon as possible, starting with Thursday’s home game against Al Tai. but RonaldoThe deal, which is worth an estimated 200 million euros until June 2025, is Al Nasser’s ninth foreign player – one more than the eight allowed by Saudi football authorities, an AFP report said.
Although not yet a part of the team on the field of play, Ronaldo is making sure that he cheers up his teammates wherever he is.
Al-Nasr shared a video on social media in which the player can be seen celebrating the team’s goal against Al-Tai in the Saudi Pro League from the training room.

Al-Nassr won the game 2–0 to consolidate top spot in the table. They now have 29 points from 12 matches, while Al-Shabab are second with four points and a game less to play.
“Al Nassr has not registered him yet because there is no room for a foreign player,” a club official told AFP.
“A foreign player must leave to register Ronaldo, either by selling or terminating the contract by mutual consent.”
