BSF has no hand in killing 2 Bangladeshis on the border

BSF exhumes bodies of two Bangladeshi nationals on Indo-Bangladesh border Both the bodies were recovered and handed over to the BGB. The deceased have been identified as Aksar Ali and Arif Hussain, residents of two villages along the border.

On Thursday, the BSF received information that two bodies were lying on the Indo-Bangladesh border near Dona border post in Meghalaya. The officials went and saw both the bodies lying 10 meters away from the border. After this, the BSF killed two youths. However, the BSF has made it clear that this propaganda is baseless. No one has any proof that BSF fired.

The deceased has been identified as Aksar, a resident of Lohajuri village in Sylhet district of Bangladesh. Arif is a resident of Mikirpara in this district. Both the villages are adjacent to the border.

When bodies are recovered at the Indo-Bangladesh border, the BGB sometimes unilaterally charges against the BSF.
