Bharat Jodo Yatra Continues in Agar Malwa District of MP on Its 11th Day in State

This is the 87th day of the yatra that began on September 7 from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu.

Congress leader is leading the Bharat Jodo Yatra Rahul Gandhi It resumed in Agar Malwa district of Madhya Pradesh on Saturday, the 11th day of its passage through the state.

After night rest, the padyatra started from the bus stop located at Mahudiya village of Agar Malwa at around 6 am.

This is the 87th day of the yatra that began on September 7 from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu.

Renowned Musicians of South India Party sources said that TM Krishna will participate in the Bharat Jodo Yatra on Saturday.

The yatra will stop at Amla village in the district at around 10 am. After afternoon break, it will start again from Jain Mandir, Susner town at 3.30 pm and reach Mangeshpur Chauraha, Agar Malwa. He said that the participants of the yatra would take night rest at Lala Khedi village.

As per the program announced earlier by the Congress, the foot march will cover a distance of 380 km in the Malwa-Nimar region of western Madhya Pradesh within 12 days before entering Rajasthan on December 4.

The march led by Gandhi entered Madhya Pradesh from neighboring Maharashtra in Burhanpur district on 23 November. It has so far passed through Burhanpur, Khandwa, Khargone, Indore and Ujjain districts of the state and is currently passing through Agar Malwa, where it reached on Friday.
