Ben Stokes was not available for selection while Tymal Mills was recalled as England announced their 15-man preliminary squad for the ICC T20 World Cup 2021.
“Ben Stokes was unavailable for selection and continues to take an indefinite break from all cricket to prioritize his mental well-being,” the ECB said in a statement.
“England have until 10 October to finalize their squad before the tournament.”
