Bangladesh is far ahead in the country in providing drinking water from door to door. This information has come out in the report given by the Center. However, according to the opposition in the state, the projects that are being worked on definitely belong to the central government. However, the state government has rejected the opposition’s demand.

According to the report provided by the Centre, West Bengal has become the first country in the country to supply tap water to households in the financial year 2022-23.
