Asansol: The cleverness of RPF, the method of transfer changed after the ban. Rail Hunt

Kolkata : Due to Kovid, the transfer was banned by the Railway Board till 30 September, despite this, the dogma of the RPF remains intact. Top officers of RPF are bent on playing with the health of the employees bypassing the Kovid epidemic. This is the reason why RPF has found another way to transfer in any case ignoring the order of Railway Board. Although it has been termed as voluntary. One such decree has been issued by the Senior Divisional Security Commissioner of Asansol Railway Division. Discussions have started among RPF employees regarding this decree issued by only one railway division of Eastern Railway.

Let us inform that in view of the increasing infection of Kovid, the Railway Board had banned the transfer of employees till June 30. After this its time period was extended to 30 September. But contrary to the order of the Railway Board, a decree was issued to the employees who were transferred from the office of DG RPF from July 1 to reach the new place. When this matter became the media headlines, the RPF had also issued an order to postpone the transfer till 30 September. This order had definitely brought some relief to the employees. But the top officers of RPF started a new game of transfer by shielding the employees inside. According to sources, an order was issued by the Senior Divisional Security Commissioner of Asansol to all the post commanders and unit in-charges on July 9. In which applications have been sought from the employees transferred to other railway divisions. It was said in the letter that the employees who want to go to their new place voluntarily before October, should submit their application form to the office by July 11.

According to sources, after the submission of the application by the RPF employees, the application will be sent to the Eastern Railway Headquarters. After this, after getting the recommendation from DG RPF, the process of sending the said employees to their new place will be started. If this intention of the RPF officers is successful, then it will have an impact on the transferred employees who do not want to join their new place due to Kovid. Because when the RPF employees transferred from Asansol division reach their new place voluntarily, then the employee posted at that place will have to move out from there.

The question arises that when the Railway Board has banned the transfer till 30 September, then what is the hurry for the RPF officers who are not ready to wait till the corona situation improves. If the experts are to be believed, then the top RPF officer sitting in the Eastern Railway Headquarters wants to start the voluntary movement of the employees from Asansol Division to a new place by making shields this time as an experiment. In such a situation, if this experiment comes into controversy, then the top officials will be saved cleanly.
