Arbaaz Khan talks about Helen not joining his show.
Arbaaz Khan shared that Helen was a private person and was initially hesitant to pour her heart out on his show.
Bollywood veteran actress and dancer Helen got into a candid conversation with Arbaaz Khan in an episode of Arba’s talk show The Invincibles, where Helen opened up about her work and her family. Arbaaz’s father Salim Khan married Helen when the Khan siblings were young. Earlier he was married to Salma Khan. Now Arbaaz Khan has revealed how Helen was hesitant to join his show as she is a private person and despite knowing that Arbaaz would have directed the conversation with sensitivity.
During an interview with Indian Express, Arbaaz Khan shared that Helen was hesitant, as were many other celebrities who were unsure about being candid. The actor said, “I had to shoot a pilot episode with my father to show him. I told him that’s what I want to do. He had his own reasons for not doing the show. Some did not want to be in the limelight again. They do not seek glory or recognition. My father still gets excited when people call him to say they liked the episode. He likes it, it is appreciated that there was such a beautiful dialogue. Similarly, Helen Aunty was also so happy that everyone liked her episode. He called me to say how everyone sees it. I will not name anyone but many people said no to me. Maybe after this series I can persuade him to join the team.”
Adding to it, Arbaaz Khan also revealed that he is already planning for season 2 and why his talk show impressed everyone. He explained, “At the moment in the world, everything is disguised and manipulated. People are projecting what they are not. People are coming on social media and crying about their personal lives. This is a The joke is made and the audience can read it. That’s why when we have these people coming and opening their hearts and having some raw conversations, everyone is connecting with it. Arbaaz Khan’s talk show The Invincibles premieres every Friday. Apart from Helen, the show also featured Arbaaz Khan’s father Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar, who together formed the iconic pair of Salim-Javed.
