How to Download watchOS 8
Eligible Apple Watch users can download watchOS 8 by going to General > Software Update on the Watch app on your iPhone. You can also download the update from your Apple Watch if it’s connected to WiFi by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
With the new watchOS 8, the Apple Watch will get a slew of new features, including a new Portrait watch face, storing memories in a mosaic grid, an updated Home, and the ability to share photos via Messages and Mail. The latest OS also includes a redesigned Breathe app.
