Android 13: The Next Big Android Update Could Come With These New Features

Another year has begun, which means another cycle of new software versions for both Android phones and the Apple iPhone. Android users will get Android 13 this year, with only a few months left. In another report, the website also hints that Google is bringing a redesigned audio output picker for Android 13. Output Picker is a feature that allows users to select from a list of devices available to them to play music. As spotted by Android Police, it appears that Google has given the picker a new interface with rounded corners, a redesigned volume slider that also shows the device name, active devices with a tick. will be noted, while unavailable devices are grayed out.

While both of these are the most recently seen features, the next Android version, Android 13, has been reported earlier. Android 13 is rumored to be codenamed “Tiramisu” and may come with a host of new features such as app language, runtime permission for notifications, a new lock screen clock layout, and more.

The App Language feature on Android 13 is said to give users the control to change the language on each app. Codenamed “Panellingual”, the feature will let users define language settings on a per-app basis. This will allow users to specify language settings for each app on their device.
