Amy Organics IPO Allocation: Amy Organics, a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals, is expected to finalize share allocation status for its initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday. The Rs 570 crore issue received an encouraging response from investors when it was open for subscription from 1st to 3rd September. The price band for the IPO of Amy Organics was fixed at Rs 603-610 per share.

According to data available with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the specialty chemical maker’s public offering received bids for 42.22 crore shares against a total issue size of 65.42 lakh shares. The portion reserved for non-institutional investors was subscribed 154.81 times, while that of retail individual investors (RIIs) was subscribed 13.36 times.
