Alaya F: The Yoga You See on My Instagram, I Funnily Call It Show of Yoga; Here’s why Specific

Alaya is only one movie old in F Industry. However, he is already a popular figure on social media. The actress has grabbed headlines for her style, her funny reels and her everyday life posts. While she was already lighting up our timelines with her infectious energy, last year she started gaining attention for her yoga videos.

On International Day of Yoga, Pooja Bedi’s beautiful daughter opened up about her journey in yoga with News18.com. She revealed that she originally started doing yoga during the first pandemic after watching and copying some yoga videos on Instagram. However, it was only in the second lockdown that she started taking classes seriously.

“I remember, earlier in the lockdown, I saw these incredible people doing incredible things with their bodies when they were doing yoga and I remember just looking at them and being mesmerized by it. I felt like I wanted to be able to do that,” she said.

She watched some videos and thought she could do yoga herself. “With no training and nothing, I tried to do this and it worked. I uploaded them to Instagram and everyone thought I was doing yoga properly. During the second lockdown, I felt I really needed to learn yoga so I learned yoga with the right techniques and since then, it has been a daily integral part of my life,” she said.

While Alaya’s Instagram posts present yoga goals, Alaya admitted that the videos are shot after her yoga session and as such may attract her social media followers. “What you see on Instagram, I shoot only after class is over. So that’s the bit I call ‘show yoga’ in a very funny way. It’s just the glorified position and the large volume and balance-oriented position. This is the kind of stuff that is eye-catching and eye-catching that people would love to see, especially when they are scrolling through a lot of things quickly. But what I do in class is really a lot about practice and strength and flow and all that,” Alaya said.

The Jawaani Jaaneman star revealed that she loves yoga, as before every class, her yoga instructor gets to know about her mood and then adapts the routine accordingly. “Revising and adapting (routine) every day to how you feel and what you feel always helps me because I always feel like something new is happening. Plus, I really like those things.” I like to re-watch what I might not have done before and then the strength and balance I unknowingly build while practicing yoga, now suddenly I feel that I can do those poses. Hence all these milestones. Let me move on,” she said.

Incidentally, Alaya became a vegetarian around the same time that she took yoga more seriously. However, he assured us that it is not related to each other. Ask her how her diet looks in the current scenario, Alaya explained, “It is always flexible, it depends on my goals and my workout schedule. Right now my diet is more on the healthy side. So are lots of juices, fruits, salads, soups, and nutritious food like roti-sabzi. There’s a lot of cleansing and detoxing going on right now. ,
