After Pune, Priya Berde’s ‘Chak Le’ restaurant opens in Lonavala

Marathi actor Priya Laxmikant Berde was already in the hospitality business and had a restaurant in Bavdhan area of ​​Pune district. The actor now has another branch of “Chak Le” in Lonavala. The plush eatery is now open for guests and fans and industry friends have been pouring in their wishes on social media.

Priya often visits the restaurant to oversee the operation and smooth workflow. Earlier, only vegetarian food was served in the restaurant, but on the demand and request of the guests, they started serving non-vegetarian food also. Priya confirmed the news while replying to a post related to the new branch of her restaurant.

Priya Berde hails from Kolhapur, Maharashtra. She married veteran Marathi actor Laxmikant Berde on 10 July 1996. After marrying Laxmikant Berde, the actor learned to cook Konkani style after his father-in-law passed away.

Priya’s passion and love of acting brought her to town and soon with her talent and struggle, the actor got a chance to work in the Marathi film industry. He acted in several films including Ghanchakkar, Muskari, Kuthe Kuthe Shodhu Mee Teela, Yeda Ki Khula and Dharal Tar Chawte.

After her brief acting career in Marathi films, she entered the Bollywood industry. She did popular movies like Hum Aapke hai Kaun, Dharala Tar Chavtay, Ek Gadi Baki Anadi, Bajrangachi Kamaal, Anari, Beta, Deedar.

Talking about his personal life, the actor is a big foodie and also loves to cook. A few days back, Priya joined the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). Furthermore, her children have decided to pursue a career in acting. Son Abhinay Berde has also acted in some Marathi films.
