Afghan pop star Aryna Saeed blames Pakistan for empowering Taliban: India is ‘true friend’

Afghanistan’s famous pop star Aryna Saeed, who escaped the Taliban after the takeover of Kabul, has blamed Pakistan for empowering the terrorist organization and expressed her immense gratitude to India for helping Afghans during the current crisis. .

“I blame Pakistan. Over the years, we have seen videos, we have seen evidence that Pakistan is behind empowering Taliban. Every time our government touches Taliban they see the identity and it is a Pakistani person. So it is very clear that I blame them and hope they back down and no longer interfere in politics in Afghanistan,” Afghanistan’s pop star Aryna Saeed said in an exclusive with ANI from an undisclosed location. He also claimed that Taliban terrorists are being instructed and trained by Pakistan.

Saeed said, “They are being instructed by Pakistan, their bases are in Pakistan where they get training. I hope that the international community, first of all, will cut their funds and fund Pakistan to fund the Taliban. Won’t offer.”

In addition, he urged the international community to sit down and find solutions to bring peace to Afghanistan. “I hope they can put pressure on Pakistan. I believe we are dealing with all these issues in Afghanistan because of Pakistan,” he said.

Meanwhile, he lauded the efforts of the Indian government in Afghanistan and termed India as a “true friend”.

“India has always been good to us. He has been a true friend, he has been very helpful and kind to our people, even the refugees. Afghans who have been to India before, have always done well for the nation, its people. A lot has been said about it. We are grateful to India,” she said.

She said, “On behalf of Afghanistan, I want to express my immense gratitude to India and I want to thank you. Over the years we have realized that the only good friend in our neighbourhood is India.”

In 2015, Aryna Saeed broke three taboos and sang in a stadium: singing as a woman; not wearing a hijab; and entering a stadium as a woman, which was forbidden under the Taliban.
