So far 4 complaints have been lodged against actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui by his estranged wife
Alia has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court seeking quashing of the FIR lodged by Nawazuddin.
Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife has accused him and his family of cruelty and domestic violence. His wife and actor Aaliya has accused Mumbai’s Versova police of acting under pressure from Nawazuddin when an FIR was lodged against him for entering her house after returning from Dubai.
She was summoned by the police for the same, and the FIR states that Nawazuddin was out of Mumbai shooting for a film when she barged into his house. However, Alia’s lawyer has alleged that the complaint was filed in haste and under pressure from the actor.
Alia has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court seeking quashing of the FIR lodged by Nawazuddin.
So far 4 complaints have been filed by the estranged wife, including one for outraging modesty under IPC section 509, cruelty to women by her husband and relatives under IPC section 498A.
Meanwhile, a case of domestic violence is also going on in the Andheri court and notices have already been issued to everyone including Nawazuddin.
