Recipe of Banana Kofta: Bananas are often used to prepare various dishes and are very much liked by the people. Banana is delicious and beneficial for health. People like dry vegetables made from bananas, but do you know that kofta curry can also be made quickly from raw bananas. It looks delicious too. Let us tell you how to make raw banana koftas.

-5 raw bananas
-2 tomatoes
-4 green chilies finely chopped
-Ginger
-2 tbsp peanuts
-2 tbsp gram flour
-1 tsp turmeric
– 1 tsp coriander powder
-1 tsp red chili powder

-2 green chilies
1 tsp kasoori methi

-1/2 tsp garam masala
-salt to taste

Process (banana) to make koftas With Raw Bananas

For raw banana koftas, first wash and dry the raw bananas. Then cut off the top and bottom parts of the banana. Now cut the banana into pieces. Add 1 cup of water to these pieces and boil them in a cooker. Pressure cook for 1 whistle. Then open the lid of the cooker, take out the bananas and cool them.

Then remove the banana peel. Then mash the peeled bananas well and add salt, red chili, ginger paste, chopped green chilies, garam masala and chopped coriander as per taste. Then make small balls and fry all the balls in a pan. Fry the balls till they turn golden brown and keep them in a plate. Then prepare the gravy for the koftas. Make a paste of peanuts, tomatoes, ginger and green chillies. Put 2 tsp oil in a pan and keep it hot. Add cumin, turmeric, coriander, dry fenugreek and fry. Add the paste made earlier and fry. Add a cup of water and add coriander leaves. After the gravy starts boiling, add fried banana balls to it. Enjoy the quick and easy-to-make raw banana kofta curry.
