These three laborers were from a group of 12 people who had gone to Bengaluru two months ago with the help of a Baluga man. After this he got a job in a company. But his employer refused to give him his wages. When the workers demanded, they were harassed and even beaten.

Couldn’t bear the torture so came back
The laborers said that they had gone to Bengaluru with the hope of earning money to support their families. But there the company employees refused to give us our salary. We could not tolerate their harassment, so we left from there.

However, seeing their plight, a shopkeeper on the way fed them food. At the same time, the president of Pottangi unit of Odisha Motorists Association gave him Rs 1500 and arranged for him to go home.
