The Punjab government has issued a Look Out Circular (LOC) against former chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi in a disproportionate assets case. Former CM Channi was about to go abroad to California in a religious program. But after the LOC was issued by Vigilance, now Channi himself canceled the program of going abroad.
