Baramulla:
A youth committed suicide in the border tehsil Uri in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday morning, officials said.
On Wednesday morning, a family from Gavalta village in Uri found their son hanging inside the room, family members and others immediately took him to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead, he said. The deceased youth has been identified as Asrar Ahmed Abasi, 19, son of Nazir Ahmed Absi, a resident of Gavalta Uri.
Meanwhile, police station Uri has registered a case under relevant sections of the law and further investigation is on.
