India’s storage market is developing very rapidly with the double digit growth in the demand for flash based products like SSD and DRAM. In the last few months, adoption of digital platforms/online activities due to WFH (Work from Home) has been a major contributor to this demand spurt. Over the past few months, we have been focused on expanding our reach into ACER branded storage products by leveraging the strength of our national distributor Fortune Marketing along with our extensive network and experience in the IT storage industry.
We are also expanding our reach for HP branded storage products (internal and external SSD) by leveraging the strength of our national distributors – UR Distribute Ltd. and Fortune Marketing Pvt Ltd. With its wide network of channel partners and retailers and e-tailers.
How are young consumers responding to your offerings? What is the roadmap for BiWin’s future expansion?
The year began with an unprecedented scenario filled with uncertainties and challenges arising out of the situation of the COVID pandemic. However, the need for WFH (Work from Home) accelerated digitization processes/digital adoption. What was expected to happen in 10 years happened in a few months. With the fundamental need to improve the performance and speed of laptops/desktops, the demand for SSD has grown exponentially. We at Beewin saw an overwhelming response to our wide portfolio of Acer Branded SSDs, Acer Branded Dram and HP Branded SSDs.
We are working on launching a wide portfolio of storage products such as UHS-I, UHS-II SD cards, CFexpress memory cards and USB external storage products. Details will be shared when it becomes available.
