Weight Loss Story: “I Started My Day with Cumin Water and Almonds” | The Times of India

My breakfast: I start my day with cumin water and 4 overnight soaked almonds. For breakfast I used to have banana oats, sprouts, poha, upma, parathas, eggs.

Lunch: 1 bhakri, 1 bowl of vegetable curd

My Dinner: Mostly I like to have Moong Dal Khichdi for dinner

Pre-Workout Meal: Just a bowl of seasonal fruits

Post-Workout Meal: Chana Sattu as my Protein Shake

I indulge in (what you eat on your cheat days): I lost weight in a short amount of time and the challenge was to do away with junk food entirely (which put me on extra weight in the first place). So, I didn’t let my mind wander and ate zero cheat meals.
