WBJEE Result 2022 on June 17: Top state-level, national colleges to take admission

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) is all set to announce the results of WBJEE 2022 on 17th June. While confirming the date through an official notice on June 11, WBJEEB said that the result will be made available on the official websites of the board. wbjeeb.nic.in and wbjeeb.in.

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) 2022 is conducted for admission to engineering, technology, architecture, pharmacy degree courses in colleges of West Bengal.

Earlier, the results were supposed to come out on June 5 but had to be postponed due to unknown reasons. Colleges will be allotted to the candidates who clear the Common Entrance Test on the basis of their rank and course preference. Candidates, however, should not that the admission criteria may differ from college to college based on the eligibility requirement.

WBJEE 2022 was conducted offline on 30th April at various centers in West Bengal. The paper had 155 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) carrying a total of 200 marks. Admission through WBJEE will be prepared on the basis of merit list prepared considering the marks of the candidates in the entrance test. The common merit list of WBJEE 2022 will be prepared for admission to all engineering, technology and architecture courses. Additionally, admission to Pharmacy course in Jadavpur University will also be on the basis of this merit list. Pharmacy merit list will be used separately for admission to pharmacy courses in all other colleges except Jadavpur University.
