And thanks to the device’s rigidity, a Ukrainian soldier’s life was saved in the midst of the Russo-Ukraine War. The unique moment has been captured in a video, which is now viral on social media platforms.

Meanwhile, as Moscow pushed to increase its gains in the country’s east, Russian missiles struck industrial facilities in a major city in southern Ukraine on Sunday.

Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Senkevich said Russian missiles had struck an important shipbuilding complex in the city’s industrial and infrastructure district. No recent information was available regarding casualties.

Russian missile attacks on Mykolaiv have been frequent in recent weeks as Moscow has worked to undermine Ukrainian defence.
