It is learned that the veteran actor Anupam Kher Will be seen in filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri’s ‘The Vaccine War’. This will be the actor’s 534th film. Anupam shared a picture of himself holding the film’s clapboard on Instagram. He wrote as caption: “Announcing my 534th film!!!
This will be the second time Anupam will be collaborating with Agnihotri. The two had earlier worked together in ‘The Kashmir Files’.
According to the makers, the story is based on true events and very important people, which lead to Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri attracting a major star cast for the characters and keeping them a secret.
Produced by Pallavi Joshi, ‘The Vaccine War’ presents a story on Indian scientists and people who have sacrificed their days and nights for more than two years to develop a vaccine during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The film is scheduled to release in theaters on August 15, 2023.
