Vishal Dadlani, Kubbra Sait test positive for COVID19

Music composer Vishal Dadlani and actress Kubra Sait on Friday revealed that they have contracted COVID-19. Taking to Instagram, Vishal wrote a note about his diagnosis, stating that he has mild symptoms. “At any time, except during weekly shoots (where all testing protocols were followed to the best of my knowledge), have I met anyone without a mask. Nor have I touched anything, as far as I am concerned. ​I know. My symptoms are relatively mild, but still pretty debilitating. Please be careful,” he wrote.

He also requested people who met him recently to get him probed. “This is for people who have come in contact with me this week or in the last 10 days. Sadly, despite every precaution, I have tested COVID positive,” he said.

Upon learning of his diagnosis, fans and members of the film industry showered him with messages wishing him a speedy recovery. “Get well soon Vishal,” commented actor Varun Dhawan. Actress Sophie Choudry wrote, “Damn it… sending you lots of love and strength to get over this ASAP.”

On the other hand, Kubra Sait shared a note saying, “Hey beautiful peep, first and foremost #maskup Second of the first, I have tested positive with mild/asymptomatic covid-19. Several Bollywood and television celebrities have tested positive for COVID19. Earlier, Swara Bhaskar confirmed that she has tested positive for COVID19. He also urged those who came in contact with him to get themselves tested to be safe. Swara released a statement revealing that she has been in isolation with her family since January 5.
