There was a time in Virat Kohli’s career when he was compared to Rahul Dravid. Especially the way he batted. His conservative stance was complemented with his consistently good scores. “I was batting with him when he played his first Test match. It is incredible to see how he has evolved over the past 10 years. The way he has grown as a cricketer and a human being. He has run this team for a long time, having been captain for the last five or six years of the last 10 years. He has always averaged over 50 in 100 Test matches. This is a great achievement for one of the greatest players of India. Just looking at his fitness and where he is, he has a lot more to go on and I’m sure it’s not something he will be satisfied with. ,
In the end, he said that it is not easy for any Indian player to play a hundred Tests because you had to overcome a lot of competition. ‘The Wall’ suggested that Kohli should enjoy the game of this milestone.

He said, ‘Playing 100 Test matches is not easy. Test cricket is not easy. To be able to play one is great, to be able to play 100 is a great achievement. This is something that Virat Kohli can be proud of,” Dravid said.
Kohli made his Test debut in 2011 and rose through the ranks to become one of India’s finest Test captains. He helped India win the series in Australia and came close to victory in England where they are still leading 2-1.
