A video that went viral this morning shows a Russian delegate stealing the flag of a Ukrainian lawmaker, sparking a face-off at an international conference.

Sharing a video of the incident on Facebook, he wrote in Ukrainian: “Claws away from our flag.”

Others present on the spot were seen recording the incident.
