In a shocking video, two men can be seen forcibly pushing a girl into a car at Delhi’s Mangolpuri flyover, news agency IANS reported. The incident was recorded by passers-by on camera, however, no one came to the aid of the girl, who was apparently overpowered by her male companions. The video of the incident went viral on social media in no time. Taking suo moto cognizance of the incident, the Delhi Police traced the girl and her two male friends. The incident is of Saturday late night. Outer Delhi DCP Harendra Kumar Singh said they received a PCR call in this regard by an eyewitness, following which an FIR was registered under section 365 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and teams were formed to probe it.

The cab owner was identified as Deepak, a resident of Gurugram, and a team was sent to his house. Police came to know that this car was sold to many people and many drivers were also using it. Drivers used to take bookings through Ola.
“Finally, we traced the last driver who was driving it. He told us that he got a booking from Rohini to Vikaspuri by a girl and two boys. They had a fight on the way. We traced the girl and the boys. They We were told that due to an argument, the girl got down from the car and her friend forcefully made her sit back in the car.”
Police said they are counseling the girl and will decide further course of action based on her statement.
