On the occasion of the Golden Victory Day of the 1971 war, PM Modi reached the National War Memorial on Thursday where he paid tribute to the martyrs of the 1971 war. PM Modi paid homage to the soldiers who died in the war while participating in the reception and felicitation ceremony of the Golden Victory torch here.
