South’s superstar Vijay Deverakonda will make his own Bollywood Debut with actress Ananya Pandey in sports film Liger. The actor recently praised his co-star in an interview and said that he has worked hard and done a great job for the film. “Everyone is doing their job and everyone is working hard because they want their career to be successful, they want to do the best. The cinema industry is a very competitive industry where only success ensures survival if You have to survive, then you need to be able to give performances, otherwise, no one can help you after a point,” the Arjun Reddy actor began by saying.
He said, “So, we all have to work our ass off to be relevant in the industry and Ananya put in a lot of effort and played her role very well in Ligar. Ananya had done a great job in the film. Everyone is talking about her. going to love when they see what he’s done.”
Helmed by Puri Jagannadh and co-produced by Karan Johar, the film also stars Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Ali, Makarand Deshpande, Vishu Reddy and Getup Srinu.
Boxing legend Mike Tyson has agreed to play a pivotal role in the much-awaited pan-India project. Last month, the actor announced via social media that the team has welcomed the former world heavyweight boxing champion on board.
According to The Hindu, the film unit said in a statement, “The film, which tells the story of a mixed martial arts man, will feature ‘Iron Mike’ in an important and powerful role.”
