Recently, legendary actor-politician Rajinikanth in an interview praised Thalapathy Vijay for his performance in Warisu. The Jailor star also said that Vijay has reached a stage where it is appropriate to call him a superstar. However, some of Rajinikanth’s fans disagree with him, and this statement has fueled further debate between fans of Thalapathy Vijay and Ajith Kumar.
In January, fans of the two stars had a midnight brawl outside a movie theater in Koyambedu, Tamil Nadu. Ajith and Vijay clashed at the box office after eight years and their films attracted a huge fan following. The fans destroyed the poster of the film featuring the two celebrities in an uproar.
In a separate incident, Bharath Kumar, a fan of Ajith, was injured when he jumped from a slow-moving truck on Poonamallee Highways near Rohini Theater in the excitement of Thunivu’s release. As reported by the police, Bharat Kumar, a fan of Ajith Kumar, died of injuries on Poonamallee Highway near Rohini Theater in Chennai. They had come to the theater to watch the movie show at 1 am.
The heist thriller Thunivu, starring Ajith Kumar, Manju Warrier, John Kokken, Samuthirakani and GM Sundar, was directed by H Vinoth. Producer Boney Kapoor is behind this. The family entertainer Warisu starred Rashmika Mandanna, Prakash Raj, Khushboo, Prabhu and Yogi Babu.
