For the unversed, calisthenics are exercises that don’t rely on anything other than body weight.
On Thursday, the actor shared a video from his calisthenics workout on his Instagram account. His caption read, “My latest stunt double.” The actor can be seen shirtless and dressed in gray loose pants in the video, which flaunts his great body and washboard abs. He is seen moving with the help of a steel pole.
