V launches Rs 99 and Rs 109 prepaid plans: How they compare with rival plans from Airtel and Reliance Jio – Times of India

Vodafone India (We) has announced two new plans for its prepaid customers. The company has introduced Rs 99 and Rs 109 prepaid plans with unlimited voice calling and 1GB mobile data. Both these plans are live on the company’s official website.
Vi Rs 99 prepaid plan
The validity of the Rs 99 prepaid plan is 18 days. The new plan offers unlimited voice calling with 1GB of mobile data. However, there is no free SMS with the plan.
The new Vi plan will compete with Reliance Jio’s Rs 98 prepaid plan. Under the Rs 98 plan, live Users get 1.5GB mobile data per day. Its validity is 14 days. This means that a total of 21GB data is available in this plan. Additional benefits include unlimited voice calling and subscription to Jio apps such as JioTV, JioCinema and others.
Vi 109 Prepaid Plan
Similarly, the Rs 109 prepaid recharge plan comes with 1GB mobile data and unlimited voice calling. The validity of the new plan is 20 days. There is no free SMS available even in the Vi Rs 109 recharge plan.
It will compete with Airtel’s 129 recharge plan, which has a validity of 24 days. provides a plan Airtel 300 free SMS to customers with 1GB mobile data. Additionally, users get 30-day free access to heroine Free HelloTunes, Wink Music and Airtel Xstream subscription with Prime.
