UPSC CSE 2022: AIR 1 Ishita Kishore’s Marksheet Goes Viral; Check Her Impressive Score

According to the UPSC marksheet, Ishita scored a total of 1,094 marks with 193 marks in the personality round and 901 marks in the written test.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) On May 23, the results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2022 were announced. More than 5 lakh candidates appeared in this highly challenging exam. Out of this large pool, around 5,000 candidates were shortlisted for the personality round, and 933 applicants were finally recommended by the commission.

Among these successful candidates, Ishita Kishore, a graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, has secured the highest rank. Ishita’s marksheet has now attracted widespread attention on social media after it was shared on Twitter by the username ‘UPSC Notes’ with the title “Ishita Kishore AIR-1 Mains Marksheet”.

According to the marksheet, Ishita scored a total of 1,094 marks with 193 marks in the personality round and 901 marks in the written test. She chose International Relations and Political Science as her optional subjects (Paper V and VI respectively) and also took General Studies Papers I, II, III and IV.

Ishita Kishore’s subject-wise marks in the Civil Services Examination are as follows: She obtained 137 marks in the Essay paper (Paper I). For General Studies I (Paper II) he obtained 121 marks. Ishita scored 130 marks in General Studies II (Paper III), while she scored 88 marks in General Studies III (Paper IV). His performance in General Studies IV (Paper V) was commendable with a score of 112. Ishita’s chosen optional subject, Political Science and International Relations, earned her 147 marks in Optional I (Paper VI) and an impressive 166 marks in Optional II (Paper VI). Paper VII).

During a recent interview with Free Press Journal, Ishita Kishore expressed her gratitude for the unwavering support she has received from her family during her journey. With her mother working as a school teacher, her brother pursuing a career in law, and her late father, an Indian Air Force officer, who served as her primary source of inspiration, Ishita raised her Feel fortunate to have been with you.

Despite facing setbacks in her initial two attempts, Ishita’s family perseveres and stands by her side, never letting despair overpower her belief in her abilities. Reflecting on her path to success, Ishita stresses on the importance of discipline and persistent study to crack the UPSC exam. She devoted around 8 to 9 hours daily for her studies and diligently solved several mock tests as a part of her preparation.

According to the UPSC CSE rank list, after Ishita Kishor, Garima Lohia secured the second position, Uma Harti Ann secured the third position, and Smriti Mishra secured the fourth position.
