Universal search, spatial audio and more features coming to Clubhouse – Times of India

While Universal Search, Clips and Spatial Audio Android Available starting today, the replay feature will be rolled out later this month. The announcement comes almost a week after the social networking app introduced a new way to invite people using the ‘Wave’ feature.
Club House gets Universal Search feature
With the Universal Search feature, users will be able to search for people, clubs, live rooms and future events within the app. It basically helps to improve the search capability on the app.
As announced by the company, this feature is available on Android and . will be available for both iOS the user. It will initially be available in the Explore tab while the company receives feedback from the community and improves search results. Later it will be moved to the hallway.
Users can now record 30 second clips
Clips will allow anyone to cut 30-second clips of public rooms and share them on other social media platforms. This facility will not be available for private rooms. Public room hosts will have control over whether they want listeners to clip.
This feature will be on by default for open/public rooms. Users can turn them off whenever they want. If you’ve enabled Clips, people will see a new icon (✄) that they can tap at any time to grab a clip from the last 30 seconds.

Clubhouse allows users to share these clips on other social media sites such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, iMessage or WhatsApp. They can also save them to their Camera Roll for a quick edit first.
This feature will initially be available for some beta users only.
Spatial Audio for Android
Spatial Audio is already available for iOS users. Android users will get spatial audio support on Clubhouse starting today.

With Replay, users will be able to record a room, save it to their profile and share it with others. This will essentially let creators increase their visibility and discoverability club house app. “Replays make it easy to create great audio content, get discovered by others, and grow your audience over time,” the post read.
Users will be able to choose whether they want to enable replay when starting a room. If they are on, they can search the room at the clubhouse for as long as they want.
