UKSSSC Driver Recruitment 2021: Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has started the application process for drivers by conducting a recruitment drive to fill up 164 vacancies. To be eligible to appear in the recruitment process, candidates must have passed at least class VIII. Candidates can apply online for these posts till the last date of October 10, 2021. Candidates will be selected for these posts on the basis of an examination conducted by the commission. The main condition is that the candidates applying must have a valid driving license.
As per the notification released by UKSSSC, this recruitment drive is to be conducted for 161 vacancies for Drivers, 2 Vacancies for Enforcement Drivers and 1 Vacancies for Dispatch Rider. The total number of vacancies is 164.
Important dates related to this recruitment drive:
The process of application for these driver posts was started from 27 August. The last date to apply online is 10 October 2021. The last date for submission of application fee is 12 October 2021. Recruitment test is to be conducted for these vacancies. Held in December 2021.
Educational Qualification & Age Limit:
Candidates who have completed class 8th and above from any recognized board are eligible to apply for these posts. Candidates should have valid Bus Driving License. Applicant’s age should not be less than 21 years and not more than 42 years. Candidates belonging to reservation category are eligible for age relaxation as per rules.
Application fee:
The application fee for General, OBC and EWS category candidates has been fixed at Rs 300. The application fee for SC and ST candidates is Rs. 150. Application fee can be paid online.
