Tensions between Russia and Ukraine for the past two months seem to be subsiding. Russia announced on Tuesday morning that it would withdraw some of its troops from the Ukrainian border. However, Western countries have so far not trusted this announcement of Russia and have asked for evidence of withdrawing the troops.
