Twitter India MD Manish Maheshwari moves Supreme Court

Twitter India MD Manish Maheshwari has moved the Supreme Court with a caveat petition, stating that no interim order should be passed in the matter without giving him an opportunity of being heard.

The UP Police has now filed an appeal in the Supreme Court against the order of the Karnataka High Court challenging the protection given to Manish Maheshwari from arrest.

The Uttar Pradesh Police has booked Maheshwari in a case over a distorted map of India on the micro-blogging platform.
