They have also threatened to walk away from the deal if Twitter fails to share the data that helps it evaluate the share of fake users on the micro-blogging platform.

According to sources quoted by the Washington Post, the data of fake users can be provided to Musk as soon as this week. “Twitter has and will continue to share information with Musk to ensure the transaction is completed in accordance with the terms of the merger agreement,” Twitter spokesman Scott Bisang was quoted as saying in the report.
