On this, Twinkle spoke openly about Akshay’s dangerous stunts. Replying to the actor’s post, she reposted and revealed that what really impresses her the most about Akki and it is definitely not her stunts. Mrs. Funnybones wrote, “Haha! On the contrary, when he jumps off buildings and planes, I am terrified.”

Talking about Twinkle, Akshay said, “My wife used to come on the sets when we shot these scenes in the jungle and I had to take all my tricks out of the bag because even after 20 years, I still can’t help it. Could but want to impress him. I had to do most chin-ups because there were other guys out there. I had to do more than others so that he would always impress me. Luckily, my wife notices everything, so It never goes to waste.”
Helmed by filmmaker Ranjit M Tiwari, ‘Bellbottom’ is set in 1984, the year in which Operation Bluestar as well as the assassination of Indira Gandhi took place. Apart from Akshay Kumar, the film also stars Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta and Huma Qureshi in pivotal roles.
It is scheduled to release in theaters on August 19 in 2D and 3D Format.
