Sony SRS-XP700, SRS-XP500 and SRS-XG500 wireless party speakers launched at Rs 26,990 – Times of India

New Delhi: Sony has expanded its audio product lineup with the launch of its new wireless portable speaker. The company has launched Sony SRS-XP700, SRS-XP500 and SRS-XG500 Bluetooth Speakers in India. All three are typical party speakers and they come with Sony’s own X-Balanced speaker unit with Mega Bass and Live Sound mode.
The sale of all three Bluetooth speakers will start from August 10. The Sony SRS-XP700 is priced at Rs 26,900, while the SRS-XP500 and SRS-XG500 are priced at Rs 32,990 and Rs 32,990, respectively.
Sony will also offer some pre-booking offers to the customers. Buyers who pre-book any of these models between August 10 and August 16 will get a free Sony F-V120//C microphone worth Rs.1490.
Customers can pre-book the Bluetooth speakers from Sony retail stores, www.ShopatSC.com and all major offline and online stores in the country.
All three Bluetooth speakers come with a cylindrical design. The SRS-XP700 and SRS-XP500 can stand vertically to create a party atmosphere, while the SRS-XG500 comes with a boombox-like design.
The wireless speakers come with Sony’s X-Balance technology and a non-circular diaphragm. According to Sony, Bluetooth speakers will produce less distorted sound by maximizing the speaker’s field of view. The Mega Bass feature of the speaker promises to deliver superior bass and the Live Sound mode offers a surround sound experience.
The three wireless speakers come with an IP rating which makes them dust and water resistant. NS Sony SRS-XG500 Promises 30 hours of music playback on a single charge. On the other hand, Sony SRS-XP700 and SRS-XG500 claim to offer battery backup of 25 hours and 20 hours respectively.
