Try this Delicious Paneer Anardana Kebab recipe at home

material:

Paneer – 200 grams
Capsicum – 1 cut into thick pieces
Onion – cut into 2 medium pieces
Tomato – 1 seedless and cut into thick pieces
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 2 tsp
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Curd – 4 tbsp
Cream – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – tsp
Anardana Powder – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Besan – 1 tbsp
Refined oil – 3 tbsp
salt – as per taste

process:

Step 1: First cut the paneer into cubes and keep it in a bowl.

Step 2: Add gram flour, curd, cream, chaat masala, garam masala, chili powder, anardana powder, black pepper powder, turmeric and salt to the bowl and mix well. Make sure the curd is thick, so that the mixture becomes thick and coats the paneer well.

Step 3: Add pan cubes to the spice mix and keep the marinated paneer for 20 minutes.

Step 4: After that heat oil in a wok and wrap the paneer well in the mixture and bake it on the pan alternately from all sides.

Step 5: Now add onion, capsicum and tomato in the remaining mixture and wrap it well and bake it on the pan.

Step 6: Before serving, heat the paneer and all the vegetables in a pan and serve by putting them on a toothpick.
