Inflation likely to rise, says Ruchir Sharma, but may have constraining factors

NDTV’s Prannoy Roy discusses the top 10 trends of the global economy in 2022 with global investor and author Ruchir Sharma. According to Mr. Sharma, inflation behaved slightly better, especially at the consumer price level, and therefore actually improved India’s inflation ranking on a global basis in 2021. This year, Mr. Sharma says interest rates may rise even further and this may remove some of the optimism and some “bubbles” out there.
